GGA understands that situations may arise, leading to a cancelled appointment. I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide an adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee. The $50 deposit will not be refunded. A 15 min grace period is offered for all appointments. Arriving after your 15 minute grace period is considered a ‘NO SHOW’.
